Noida: The information system between the RWA and its residents of various sectors of Noida is getting high-tech day-by-day. Gone are the days, when people used to write complaints and submit at the community center. Now, they are registering their complaints on RWA’s websites while sitting at homes.
In Noida, almost 50 residential sectors have been settled and have their representatives appointed. Till now, if someone wants to file a complaint regarding electricity, water, sewage, roads, security or hygiene etc. have to go to RWA office and register a complaint in written to the officials. RWA officials send the complaints in bulk to the authority. It all depends on them whether to go daily or once in a week, as a result the process takes time.
FONRWA and other organizations have come up with a website as a solution. Website for sector 12, 41, 52, 56 and 62 has been built and people can use the website to file their complaints. The general secretaries of sector 12, 41, 52, 56 and 62 said that the complaints registered on the website are getting checked on the daily bases and then forwarded to related departments. We are getting maximum number of complaints on Saturday and Sunday that is why the website is checked on Monday for sure. The other sectors including sector 55, 23, 61, 47 and 15A are working on their websites.
