Noida: The city will finally get a glimpse of metropolitan cities for which residents have been waiting so long as the multi-starrer hotels will be developed in the city. The Noida Authority has been involved in the enlargement of the city, though it was lacking the existence of multi starrer hotels.
Despite many developments in the city, the non existence of the hotels makes city relatively weak compared to other cities. Now, the Supreme Court has given permission to the Authority to build hotels, which had been been pending since 4 years.
The allotment was given to the hotel allotees whereas the order has been issued to Noida Authority for the land acquisition price. There are big companies involved among the allotess like Reliance and big hotels from London have given share in the project.
The companies listed in 3 star category are Mast Craft Limited, Maryada Holding Ltd., and Royal Orchid Hotels, 4 star category includes Metroviny Management Ltd. and Starlight Investment. Bharat Hotels, Indian hotels co., ITC Ltd., Arora Holding Ltd., Crimson Hotels Ltd. and Swiss Bell Hotel are listed in 5 star category.
“It is hard to comment anything on the work to begin as the decision came yesterday only, it is yet to be finalized as more information has to come out on this bases’” said Garish Oberoi , Honorary Secretary of Hotels and Restaurants Association of North India.
