Noida: Two days after a youth died in a lift accident in the city, the officials of Planning and Building Sale Department have decided to take oath letters to fix the responsibility of any accident that happens while using the lift. 

Planning and building officials will discuss this proposal in their next meeting with the board. Noida has decided to make a manual for constructing building. In this manual the pledge letter will be taken at the time of providing the construction map. Inspection of the lifts will be done quarterly and half yearly.

Planning and building sale department will study the rules of other cities as well to maintain uniformity in the rules. This proposal will be discussed in next board meeting and will be passed after consulting every one.
